The underperforming employees will slack their way meanwhile the best-performing employees will be tasked with more and more responsibilities since there is no performance bonus here. This situation is being aggravated as the higher management chose to ignore the employees' wellbeing. Be careful of those who had been in the company for a long time.

Great salary. Great office! On campus within NUS making it a great place for academics. Some PI's and professors are very good. Super facilities making the place potentially cutting edge work. Great coffee machine and super sexy presentation screen! Cons NOT at all collaborative- despite being advertised as an extremely cross disciplinary organization. No one shares information despite it being an open office! Horrendous post-docs from FCL Phase One. Hire and Fire mentality seems to be creeping in. Be warned. Continue reading Future Cities Laboratory Logo Pros Great links with big research groups throughout the world. Fantastic salaries along with great work life balance. Cons None to my experience. I enjoyed my time there in the mobility and transport planning module. However, there is a limited courses being open to FCL PhD researchers at NUS.
